Rebecca Garland

Rebecca is an Associate Partner in our Transformation and Change practice. She has extensive experience advising clients through complex multi-faceted change programmes.

Rebecca is an expert in strategy, cultural change, and M&A – notably, previously supporting a £47 billion merger of two UK wealth managers.

Rebecca works with clients across a variety of sectors and most recently has been supporting a global pharmaceutical company launch and embed their holistic people strategy. She has a special focus on ensuring the change captures “hearts and minds”.
