Billy supports a range of clients across the business, including real asset investors, real estate investment trusts, asset managers, private equity firms and venture capital funds.

Prior to joining H/Advisors Maitland, Billy spent five years at Blackstock Consulting, a firm which was acquired by Montfort Communications in 2022. There he worked with some of the UK’s largest institutional investors and was instrumental in raising the profile of the life sciences real estate and modular housing sectors. Billy also has experience advising c-suite executives across construction, tech and business strategy.

As a history and politics graduate, he has a passion for storytelling and joining the dots between different policy areas for his clients.
