A senior advisor, with more than a decade’s experience, he has provided strategic counsel and helped run financial and corporate communications programmes for clients such as Pets at Home, Dr Martens, Domino’s Pizza, Premier Foods, Birds Eye, Mountain Warehouse, MADE.COM, United Biscuits and the World Retail Congress.
Clinton’s capital markets experience also includes advising on TSB’s £1.3bn IPO in June 2014 and subsequent acquisition by Banco de Sabadell; Stock Spirits Group’s £500m London listing in autumn 2013 and Ultimate Products’ IPO in March 2017.
Before starting his career as a consultant, Clinton spent more than 20 years as an award-winning business and city editor on national newspapers, reporting and commenting on the biggest stories of the day. Clinton uses that experience to promote and protect reputations and help build brands.
