Frederica is an Associate Partner at H/Advisors Maitland and an expert within the Transformation and Change practice, consulting clients on strategy and culture communications

Frederica provides strategic and corporate communications advice to a range of clients, with a focus on change and leadership communications.

As a member of H/Advisors Maitland Transformation & Change team, Frederica advises listed and privately-owned companies on communicating with internal stakeholders during critical situations and periods of change. She is an expert in strategy and culture communications, M&A and restructuring communications, and leadership positioning and alignment.

Frederica works with clients across sectors with a focus on Healthcare, Retail and Consumer, Logistics and Finance. Her clients include Reckitt Benckiser, Roche, 3M Health Care, Hamburg Sud and APi, amongst others. Most recently, she has been advising Reckitt through its internal transformation as well as working on a highly time-sensitive internal restructuring process for one of our global clients.

Previously, Frederica worked in financial and corporate communications for six years, during which she advised companies, including Pets at Home and Morgan Stanley, on their external communication strategies. During her two years spent in Singapore, Frederica supported a global FMCG with raising its profile amongst governments and potential commercial partners, and with mobilising its new workforce as it expanded into markets across Asia.

She holds a degree in Politics and Sociology from the University of Exeter and a diploma in Counselling Psychology from CAE, Singapore.
