Georgia joined H/Advisors Maitland in 2018 as a Personal Assistant and has since moved into a dual HR and Operations Manager role.

She coordinates recruitment, onboarding, policies and benefits, and assists with learning and development, performance management and training. In addition, she supports the Head of Operations in managing and optimising the day-to-day processes of H/Advisors Maitland.
