Georgia joined H/Advisors Maitland in 2018 as a Personal Assistant and has since been promoted to a dual HR Manager and Design Consultant role.

In her design role, she supports the Senior Digital and Design Consultant in creating both digital and print design across all of our practice areas. Including, but not limited to, new business pitches, brochures, invites, infographics and PowerPoint design.

In her HR capacity, she coordinates recruitment, onboarding, policies and benefits, and assists with learning and development, performance management and training.
