Georgina is an experienced communications and sustainability advisor having worked with multiple organisations across various industries, such as Rolls-Royce plc and Estée Lauder Companies.

Prior to joining H/Advisors Maitland, Georgina’s work with Rolls-Royce plc included the development of their global ESG strategy and ensuring the effective communication of the company’s sustainability priorities. Georgina also holds the ESG CFA qualification and is familiar with regulations, standards and ESG reporting frameworks across multiple markets.

Georgina grew up in the United States and has been based in the United Kingdom for 10 years. She has also worked in mainland China, Hong Kong, Finland, Germany, and studied in Japan.

She has an MSc in International Wildlife Trade from the Durrell Institute of Conservation and Ecology, and is a graduate of the University of St Andrews where she studied Business Management.
