Ioana works at H/Advisors Maitland as an consultant for both public and privately held companies across a variety of different sectors including tech, venture capitals, insurance and retail.

Ioana graduated from The London School of Economics in July 2022, with a BSc in Politics and International Relations. She has previously interned at public affairs consultancy Grayling, where she helped clients adjust their business practices to changing financial and environmental regulations and has also undertook an MEP traineeship at the EU Parliament.
