Jason Ochere

Jason has broad experience in financial communications and corporate positioning across sectors, including financial services, healthcare, telecoms, media and technology.

Jason advises clients on a range of business-critical issues, from financial transactions to reputation management. He advises FTSE 250 companies as well as charities, international businesses and privately-owned companies on a range of situations.

His clients have included Vodafone, MoneySuperMarket, Standard Chartered, Zoopla, National Express, PJT Partners, amongst others.

As well as working on retained clients, Jason has significant project experience which includes working on TalkTalk’s deal to take the company private; McKesson Corporation’s disposal of its European businesses; Vodafone’s listing of its subsidiary Vantage Towers on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange; Primary Healthcare Properties’ merger with MedicX Fund and Waterland’s acquisition of Priory Group.

Jason is an elected councillor in the London Borough of Southwark and until recently held the position of cabinet member of business, jobs and town centres.

He gained an MSc in Comparative Social Policy from the University of Oxford, having also studied Politics, Philosophy & Economics at the University of Manchester.
