As a senior consultant, Rebecca advises clients through periods of significant change and transformation
Rebecca has more than six years’ experience in industry, previously leading an internal communications team within the Strategic Programmes division at Evelyn Partners, one of the UK’s largest wealth management firms. Most notably, she supported a £47 billion merger and multiple additional smaller acquisitions since 2018.
Rebecca has experience leading communication workstreams and developing engaging plans, for complex multi-faceted change programmes. Rebecca is an expert in making the complex simple, with a special focus on ensuring the change captures “hearts and minds”.
She holds a first-class degree in Economics and Geography from The University of Southampton, with Dean’s Honour list award. Rebecca joined H/Advisors Maitland in 2023.
