Sylvia provides strategic communications advice to a range of clients, with a focus on change and internal communications.

Prior to joining H/Advisors Maitland, Sylvia was part of a graduate scheme dedicated to rehabilitation and preventing reoffending for HMPPS. She has also interned in the HR and marketing departments of Deprag in China.

Sylvia graduated from Durham University with a BA (Hons) in Sociology, and later completed an MSc in Human Resource Management and Consulting from the University of Bath. She is also multilingual in English, French and Spanish.
