Vikki has significant experience in advising financial and professional services companies, with particular experience working with legal, insurance and corporate finance firms providing reputation management advice, as well as having supported some of the largest restructurings in the last decade.

For over a decade Vikki has been advising listed and private companies manage their reputations, helping them to navigate all stages of their development.

Vikki joined H/Advisors Maitland in 2017 from Edelman Smithfield, where she led multi-jurisdictional integrated communications programmes for financial and professional services companies.

Vikki works across the listed and private clients such as AXA, Deloitte, Athora and CVC, managing corporate positioning, listed company communications and investor relations programmes. She has extensive experience in the development and running of communications programmes around transactions, in particular around international IPOs and M&A, having recently advised Phoenix, Athora and CVC on multiple large listed and non-listed corporate acquisitions, and IPOs across multiple markets including the UK, US, Middle and Far East.

Vikki has particular experience in restructuring and administrations, supporting senior business leaders in communicating with varied stakeholders. She has advised owners such as Greybull Capital and Jamie Oliver Group, acted as the spokesperson for companies in administration, including BHS and EWM, and supporting advisers and creditors in contentious situations.

Vikki is a graduate of University College London.
