Max began his career in Corporate Finance, and now uses that foundation to advise clients in the financial services sector, focusing on private capital, active asset management, and listed firms.

He also works on special situations such as M&A, IPOs, and take-privates, as well as crises around the likes of litigation and activist investor defence.
