Employing 40,000 people handling over 45 million tonnes of cargo each year. PLA needed to refresh, refine and implement its annual stakeholder audit, using statistics and actionable recommendations.

The PLA’s operations are vast and so there were multiple issues to cover – from freight and new infrastructure to boat services, recreation and safety.  At the outset, we held a session with the PLA to assess what the key themes should be, and then made recommendations on a refreshed question set that was more focused to elicit richer data.
